Ecoglove Medical Manufacturing Company Limited (Ecoglove) is proud to be a member of Thanh Cong Group, the 9th largest private enterprise in Vietnam (2022 & 2023). Located in Bau Bang District, Binh Duong Province with an area of over 86,000m2 and 10 double former production lines, Ecoglove is among the largest scale factories in Vietnam with total capacity of 3.3 billion gloves per year.

While being a young brand in the field of medical gloves, Ecoglove has gradually established a reputation for reliability and quality with international customers. With a high-quality workforce with over 30 years of experience in the industry and the most advanced technology, Ecoglove aims to become one of the world’s leading medical glove brands.

Dear valued partners and customers who have visited Ecoglove’s website. Ecoglove was established in Dec, 2021 by TCG (Thanh Cong Group), the 9th largest private enterprise in Vietnam (2022 & 2023).

Ecoglove always strives to be a pioneer in medical glove manufacturing in Vietnam. Not only investing in technology and modern production lines, we also continuously invest in expanding production scale. Currently, we have planned more strategic directions and new resources, persistently pursuing the goal of creating the best quality products, contributing to the development of the Vietnamese glove manufacturing industry to serve the domestic and international markets.

EcoGlove is honored to have a leadership team with a wealth of experience, passion, and love for the glove industry. Each member of the leadership team has an average of 20 years of experience in the industry.

Benefiting from extensive knowledge, rich experience, and outstanding leadership skills, EcoGlove’s Leadership Team has developed effective strategies to drive the brand’s development.

Production Department

The Production Department is proud to have a team of staff with more than 20 years of in-depth experience in the field of glove manufacturing. A fully automatic line operation and parameter control system help optimize costs and create products with the highest quality and stability.

R& D Department

The Technology Department focuses on research and improvement of product features and product differentiation in order to bring the best added value to customers.

High quality is a top priority, and our technology department ensures that each product is manufactured with the highest quality and a wide range of designs.

Quality Assessment (QA):

Implement a product control system online, offline, and pre-shipment. We are committed to ensuring that the product category not only meets but also exceeds customer technical requirements and international standards

Technical Maintenance

The maintenance team applies smart technology to monitor equipment to keep the chain operating stable, increase capacity, reduce energy costs, and improve equipment performance.

Mixing system

With 106 mixing tanks, along with an automatic mixing system, ensuring production materials are mixed in the right ratio, composition and mixing time. Providing gloves with excellent mechanical properties, enhancing comfort when used.

Boiler System

Ecoglove’s modern boiler system with a capacity of 36 million Kcal/h with a total investment of more than 5 million USD, machinery and equipment imported from Germany, with a fully automated control system. Ensure adequate heat supply for glove products during the vulcanization process, as well as complete treatment of exhaust gases during the burning of raw materials.

Creativity, extensive knowledge and outstanding leadership are the characteristics that our leadership brings, helping to shape and drive Ecoglove’s strategy and development.

Production department

Our Production Department is proud to have a team of staff with more than 15 years of in-depth experience in the field of glove manufacturing. We are committed to ensuring that our manufacturing processes not only meet but exceed customer specifications and international standards. High quality is a top priority, and our production team ensures that each product is produced with professionalism and dedication.

Quality Assurance (QA) Department

Our Quality Assurance (QA) Department sets criteria for continuously checking products and semi-finished products every 30 minutes. We are committed to ensuring that output products always comply with Ecoglove’s high quality standards and international standards. The staff with more than 10 years of experience in the glove industry in the QA department is considered an important factor, playing a key role in Ecoglove’s operating system.

Laboratory

Laboratory: chemical engineers with over 8 years of experience in the glove industry. The laboratory performs chemical experiments continuously during the production shift. Ensure the provision of production parameters and technical specifications for gloves quickly and accurately

Maintenance Department

Our Maintenance Department is proud to have a team of staff with more than 10 years of in-depth experience in the glove field. We are committed to ensuring that production lines and supporting systems operate continuously and stably, thanks to the professionalism and extensive knowledge of our maintenance team.
