Ecoglove Medical Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is proud to be one of the three factories under Vietglove – a leading brand of disposable rubber gloves in Vietnam. Located on a site of over 86,000 m² in Bau Bang Commune, Ho Chi Minh City. The Ecoglove factory is equipped with 10 modern double-former production lines, with an annual capacity of up to 3.3 billion gloves.

Ecoglove contributes to raising Vietglove’s total glove production capacity to 10 billion pieces per year across 35 double-former production lines, serving both domestic and international markets. As a key facility in the Vietglove manufacturing system, Ecoglove plays a pioneering role in applying advanced technology to ensure exceptional product quality.

Ecoglove Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (Ecoglove) was established in 2021 by TC Group, and is one of three manufacturing facilities under Vietglove—a leading brand of disposable rubber gloves in Vietnam.

Ecoglove always strives to be a pioneer in medical glove manufacturing in Vietnam. Not only investing in technology and modern production lines, we also continuously invest in expanding production scale. Currently, we have planned more strategic directions and new resources, persistently pursuing the goal of creating the best quality products, contributing to the development of the Vietnamese glove manufacturing industry to serve the domestic and international markets.

EcoGlove is honored to have a leadership team with a wealth of experience, passion, and love for the glove industry. Each member of the leadership team has an average of 20 years of experience in the industry.

Benefiting from extensive knowledge, rich experience, and outstanding leadership skills, EcoGlove’s Leadership Team has developed effective strategies to drive the brand’s development.

Production Department

The Production Department is primarily responsible for operating the production line, ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing processes. In the event of any defects in the gloves, the team is tasked with promptly identifying the root cause and resolving the issue independently or in coordination with the laboratory. Additionally, during operation, if there is a need to add chemicals to the tanks or switch production orders, the Production Department will handle these tasks directly to maintain product quality and meet production timelines.

R& D Department

The Technology Department focuses on research and improvement of product features and product differentiation in order to bring the best added value to customers.

High quality is a top priority, and our technology department ensures that each product is manufactured with the highest quality and a wide range of designs.

Quality Assessment (QA):

At Ecoglove, the Quality Department implements a comprehensive quality control system that combines both online inspection during production and offline inspection after manufacturing, including the final Pre-shipment check before delivery. We are committed to bringing to market only those products that not only meet but exceed customer technical requirements and international standards. Ecoglove’s professional quality control team consistently upholds strict standards at every stage of the process to ensure maximum stability and reliability for every shipment.

Technical Maintenance

The Technical Department at Ecoglove plays a vital role in operating and optimizing the production lines. Our skilled team applies smart technology to monitor equipment in real time, ensuring stable and continuous operations. This approach helps increase production capacity, reduce energy costs, and significantly improve equipment efficiency. By combining technical expertise with modern technological solutions, Ecoglove is able to maintain consistent product quality and achieve high operational performance throughout the manufacturing process.

Our leadership team is characterized by professionalism and insight with each member having over 18 years of experience in the glove industry. Creativity, extensive knowledge and outstanding leadership are the characteristics that our leadership brings, helping to shape and drive Ecoglove’s strategy and development.

Production department

Our Production Department is proud to have a team of staff with more than 15 years of in-depth experience in the field of glove manufacturing. We are committed to ensuring that our manufacturing processes not only meet but exceed customer specifications and international standards. High quality is a top priority, and our production team ensures that each product is produced with professionalism and dedication.

Quality Assurance (QA) Department

Our Quality Assurance (QA) Department sets criteria for continuously checking products and semi-finished products every 30 minutes. We are committed to ensuring that output products always comply with Ecoglove’s high quality standards and international standards. The staff with more than 10 years of experience in the glove industry in the QA department is considered an important factor, playing a key role in Ecoglove’s operating system.

Laboratory

Laboratory: chemical engineers with over 8 years of experience in the glove industry. The laboratory performs chemical experiments continuously during the production shift. Ensure the provision of production parameters and technical specifications for gloves quickly and accurately

Maintenance Department

Our Maintenance Department is proud to have a team of staff with more than 10 years of in-depth experience in the glove field. We are committed to ensuring that production lines and supporting systems operate continuously and stably, thanks to the professionalism and extensive knowledge of our maintenance team.
